Nuvue™ was founded by Justin Cabral, a real estate entrepreneur and business development leader who has spent years studying how people actually interact with home-search platforms. As a top-producing agent and Brokerage Manager at West View Properties, Justin saw firsthand how even the most sophisticated platforms fall short of how buyers think, browse, and make decisions. Endless scrolling, repetitive listings, and outdated interaction patterns left clients disengaged, and exposed a deeper opportunity for change.

With a background in real estate, finance, technology integration, and strategic growth, Justin began envisioning a more intuitive approach to home discovery. One designed around real human behavior, not legacy interfaces.
